Last week, the Volvo V90 Cross Country was named Estate Car of the Year at the Association of Scottish Motoring Writers’ Awards in Edinburgh – retaining the title won by the V90 in 2016.
The Cross Country has all the style, quality, practicality, comfort and cutting-edge technology and safety as the rest of the V90 range, but gets a rugged makeover to turn it into the perfect all-road, all-season estate car.
This includes all-wheel drive, increased ground clearance and a host of sophisticated electronic aids – such as Hill Descent Control and an Off-Road mode that alters the car’s dynamics – for tackling tricky terrain or slippery conditions.
The tough exterior look – thanks to the wheelarch extensions, front and rear skid plates – are offset when get inside. The luxurious interior benefits from black walnut trim sections and leather-faced upholstery with unique stitching.
Like every V90 the Cross Country version is full of high-tech equipment designed to make your life easier and more enjoyable.
