Mark Flippence planning charity skydive for Mind

Written by Ellie

We’re extremely happy to reveal our very own Mark Flippence plans to make his colleagues proud by jumping out of a plane and hurtling towards the planet in a charity skydive next month.

He’ll be making his jump in support of Mind – The Mental Health Charity.

Jumping for joy in support of Mind

The jump will take place at Headcorn Airfield in Ashford, Kent on June 30th.

Explaining his motivation, Mark said: “I have always wanted to do a skydive and if I can raise money for a fantastic charity at the same time, then why not? I won’t lie, I’m petrified, but the opportunity has come up and so, pardon the pun, I ‘jumped at the chance’.

“This is for a great cause and will help a lot of people with the money that is raised.”

Indeed, mental health awareness should be something everyone is working to improve – especially given the fact that one in four people will suffer from some form of mental health disorder in their lifetime.

If you’d like to support Mark in his daring skydive, you can do so by visiting his official Just Giving page and making a donation.

He’s hoping to raise in excess of £1,000 for this fantastic cause and all donations will be appreciatively received.

Everyone at Fuelcard Services wishes Mark the best of luck on the day. Let’s hope he has a head for heights!
