Car chauffeur company Portfolio Cars runs the largest fleet of executive Jaguar cars in the world, and it has just bolstered that incredible claim with the delivery of 30 new XF Sportbrake models.
The luxurious and spacious estates will be used by Portfolio as a superior transport service for its VIP customers around Heathrow Airport.
The XF Sportbrake was deemed the ideal vehicle to transport Portfolio’s important clients and their baggage, due to its 1,700-litre load space, self-levelling suspension and a host of luxurious features.
Portfolio’s latest batch of fresh Jags comes less than two years after it welcomed its first – 18 XF saloons and two long wheelbase XJs, which replaced the company’s fleet of Mercedes-Benz models. Around this time last year, they also took delivery of eight additional XJ LWB and 38 XF models, as well as a further 10 XF models in April 2017.
Peter Buchanan, chairman of London-based Portfolio Cars, explained why the XF now essentially dominated his company’s fleet: “The XF Sportbrake is the epitome of understated luxury and style, packed full of innovative features and a really flexible and spacious cabin.
“Our highly valued clients expect a quiet and comfortable journey, and the XF Sportbrake was an irresistible proposition for us.”
Mr Buchanan signed off by hinting that it probably won’t be long before another batch of Jags joins his fleet.
It isn’t just Portfolio Cars singing the XF’s praises; the JD Power Survey recently made it the highest-ranking ‘Large and Luxury Car’. As the survey is based on feedback from genuine customers who have owned their cars for one to three years, that’s a very relevant accolade.
Molly Benton, brand manager at Fuel Card Services, comments:”For business customers, the XF Sportbrake ticks every box, providing low running costs, a spacious, luxurious cabin and sports car-inspired styling.”
