Clean Air Zones are a great idea when you’re on foot. Not so good when you’re in the van, wondering if you’re actually permitted to drive to your destination without getting fined.
Just to add pressure to the confusion, the UK government has brought it’s London date forward by a year. Ultra Low Emission zones will now appear next year, but the details are still sketchy.
